Why I Built This

This started from conversations with people in the home watch industry who were frustrated — not just with the lack of modern tools, but with how little the existing options seemed to understand what they actually needed.

They weren’t asking for fancy AI dashboards or bloated CRMs — they just wanted a tool that respected their time, made their job easier, and actually fit the way they work.

So I got to work.

I spoke to dozens of home watch professionals, listened to their pain points, and kept coming back to a core question:
“How can I build something that actually feels like it was made for this job?”

Known Bugs 🐞

We're still ironing out a few things. The main one to note:

• When creating a schedule, the initial visit date may be off by one day. We’re working on a fix! This will not affect anything else.

Why Open Beta?

Right now, the app is completely free to test. You can create your account, try out features, and run your business through HomeWatchTools with no charge.

But this window won’t stay open forever — we’ll be launching paid plans soon, and your feedback will help shape how that works.

Closing Thoughts

This has been a long journey. It’s never easy building software for a niche industry — especially one that’s been underserved for so long. But I believe this space deserves better, and I’ve poured everything into trying to get it right.
