New Feature Release: Email Home Watch Reports Directly from the App
Published on: September 5, 2025
We’re excited to announce a new feature that makes sharing your work with clients even easier: you can now email home watch reports directly from the HomeWatcher App.
What’s new
- After completing a property visit and generating a home watch report, you’ll now see an “Email Report” option.
- With one click, you can send your report straight to your client’s inbox. No need to download and manually attach files.
- Emails include a secure link to the report (with built-in expiry for security) or a PDF attachment (depending on file size).
- Flexible recipients: Send home watch reports to more than one person at a time (for example, your client and their spouse, or a trusted family member).
Why it matters
- Faster communication: Send home watch reports immediately, right from the app.
- Professional delivery: Clients receive a polished, branded email with their home watch report.
- Peace of mind: Multiple recipients can stay in the loop, ensuring nothing is missed.
How to use it
- Complete your visit as usual and generate the home watch report.
- Tap the Email Report button.
- Select which of your clients you wish to send the report to.
- Hit send and you are done.
